Gaillac sweet white

Like all Domaine Rotier wines, they are certified organic and vinified without adding sulphite, giving them a beautiful aromatic complexity. For our sweet whites, we prefer the Len de l’El blanc grape, typically Gaillacois. It blossoms naturally on our soils and gives our wines their character.
