Gaillac Late Harvest white

Our “Late Harvest” white wines are made from grapes overripened by the action of noble rot, sun and wind. They are harvested in several passes in the same plots of vines choosing each time the most concentrated clusters. Both grapes and wines are the subject of all attention and respect the very strict rules of the AOC Gaillac’s “Late Harvest” statement.

Certified organic and vinified without adding sulphite, these are great wines, jewels of the Rotier Estate, naturally mellow and balanced, capable of a very long storage.
