| Climate conditions | 2025 was another year of extreme weather. After a fairly dry winter, the rainy, humid and mild spring required numerous treatments to prevent crop losses. The weather turned fine and dry from 8 June to 13 August, with two heatwaves at the end of June/beginning of July and the beginning of August. A violent storm on 13 August, with hail and strong winds, damaged part of the harvest. In addition, between mid-August and 25 September, 210 mm of rain fell. This meant that some juggling was required to harvest the grapes in the best possible conditions. The grapes were harvested between 25 August and 5 September. |
| Type of winemaking | Grapes fermented in tanks without sulfur, at 18/20°C, in order to preserve their aromatic qualities. |
| Type of ageing | Maturation in tanks, without sulfur, preserves fruity flavour. Before bottling on 27 November 2025, a small amount of sulphites was added to protect the wine. |

| Food recommandation | Enjoy this wine at 8/10°C as aperitive. It pairs perfectly with seafoods, fish and delicatessen. |
