Gaillac red

Our red wines are all certified organic and respond to the same concern for authenticity and character. However, they are designed according to very different philosophies: while Les Gravels is a typical Gaillacois wine, with its character and dark colour, Renaissance is a complex wine that is tasted preferably at maturity. With the Esquisse, it is a return to what the red wine of Gaillac has more pure and natural, a wine entirely without sulphites, delicate and surprising.

Finally, L’Âme is an exceptional cuvée even in its production, marketed only the best years and made from Duras, an ancestral grape variety of Gaillac.
